Xplicit Fitness Boxing Fusion Classes are high intensity with an emphasis on boxing. We use unconventional equipment such as battle ropes, weighted sleds, climbing ropes, as well as traditional weights to condition you like a fighter. Intervals mimic boxing rounds at 2 or 3 minute intervals for maximum burn and conditioning.
