Jessica is an AFAA certified group fitness instructor and has been teaching classes for over 8 years. She was a competitive dancer for 16 years and fell in love with fitness after wandering into a cardio dance class at the gym. She started teaching those cardio dance classes immediately, and soon branched out to teach all kinds of different classes, including boot camps, barre, core and strength conditioning, Pound, and various other disciplines.
Fitness is a lifestyle for Jessica, whether it’s hitting the gym, the trails, the water, or the sand. She incorporates a mixture of all her knowledge in every workout so that members are challenged every time they step into her class. She strives hard to maintain a fun and supportive environment that pushes everyone to their full potential.
In 2012, she moved from Columbus, OH to sunny San Diego, and has been honored to be a part of the Xplicit team. In her free time, you can find her hanging with her dog, Sophie, exploring the city with friends, or volunteering with Free To Breathe, a lung cancer advocacy and awareness group, which is a cause very close to her heart.
